Join us for unforgettable evenings under the stars by the lake. Each pop-up dinner is a unique culinary journey in an intimate, lakeside setting, with a seven-course tasting menu crafted from locally sourced, primarily organic ingredients. Our farm-to-table dining supports local communities through our partnership with ecolibri.org

Dinner service: 6:00–8:00 PM
Arrive early for a sunset drink by the dock
Stay for the fire on the beach
All dinners are served outdoors by the lakeshore, beginning together at 6 PM, so every guest shares the same experience at the same time

If you’d like to prepare your meals during your stay, we warmly offer access to our shared kitchen from 8 AM – 8 PM, just a step from the lakeshore. Cook barefoot. Sip morning coffee on the dock or a glass of wine by the fire. Share space. Fresh herbs from the garden, yours to pick. A kitchen by the lake – open, simple, and part of your current home.

Anzan offers a unique dining experience on the very edge of Lake Atitlán. Guests begin the evening with cocktails at sunset, gathered on the stone beach or the dock, warmed by fire pits during the dry season. As night falls, the experience flows into a farm-to-table dinner under the open sky. Outdoor dining at Anzan is both intimate and elemental — an evening where food, fire, and lake meet in perfect harmony.
