Join us for unforgettable evenings under the stars by the lake. Each pop-up dinner is a unique culinary journey in an intimate, lakeside setting, with a seven-course tasting menu crafted from locally sourced, primarily organic ingredients. Our farm-to-table dining supports local communities through our partnership with ecolibri.org
Dinner service: 6:00–8:00 PM
Arrive early for a sunset drink by the dock
Stay for the fire on the beach
All dinners are served outdoors by the lakeshore, beginning together at 6 PM, so every guest shares the same experience at the same time.

Available to hotel guests only and their visitors arriving by boat at the private dock at Casa Rosada
Pricing:
Hotel guests: $30 per person + 15% service
Private boat, land, or helicopter transportation can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.
