Each pop-up dinner is a unique culinary journey in an intimate, lakeside setting, with a seven-course tasting menu crafted from locally sourced, primarily organic ingredients. Our farm-to-table dining supports local communities through our partnership with ecolibri.org

Arrive early for a sunset drink by the dock
Stay for the fire on the beach
All dinners are served outdoors by the lakeshore, beginning together at 6 PM, so every guest shares the same experience at the same time.

If you’d like to prepare your meals during your stay, we warmly offer access to our shared communal kitchen from 8 AM – 8 PM, just a step from the lakeshore. Cook barefoot. Sip morning coffee on the dock or a glass of wine by the fire. Share space. Fresh herbs from the garden, yours to pick. A kitchen by the lake – open, simple, and part of your current home.

Cocktail hour at Anzan Table: bespoke drinks infused with local herbs, served on the dock or stone beach at Lake Atitlán, with guests sipping barefoot by the water before a farm-to-table dinner.
Huisquil soup served at Anzan Table: a six-hour slow-cooked vegetable broth with husiquil gourd and fresh garden herbs, part of a seasonal vegetarian tasting menu by Lake Atitlán.
House-made sourdough bread at Anzan Table: artisanal loaves baked with patience and passion, each with a unique flavor, served fresh by Lake Atitlán.
Anzan offers a unique dining experience on the very edge of Lake Atitlán. Guests begin the evening with cocktails at sunset, gathered on the stone beach or the dock, warmed by fire pits during the dry season. As night falls, the experience flows into a farm-to-table dinner under the open sky. Outdoor dining at Anzan is both intimate and elemental — an evening where food, fire, and lake meet in perfect harmony.

Homemade cake prepared at Anzan Table for birthdays or special occasions, made with fresh ingredients and available on request with advance notice.
